DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Delivery Information
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (free on orders over a certain amount)
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (additional fee applies)
- International Delivery: 5-10 working days (customs charges may apply)
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unworn, in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return:
- Log in to your account and request a return.
- Pack the items securely and attach the prepaid label (if eligible).
- Drop off at your nearest courier location.
Refunds:
- Processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless faulty).
Exchanges:
For size exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are final purchase unless faulty.
- International returns are subject to return shipping fees.
- Always keep proof of postage until your return is processed.
